Unification of cargoes

Problem of unification of cargoes is to increase speed, reliability, flexibility and profitability of shipping, joining the small packages and unifying cargoes to optimal size for purpose of using mechanized loading-unloading equipment.

Now the pallets, containers, trailers are used as a main facilities for unification of cargoes.

Pallet provides safety of cargo on basis of joining of small packages in unified blocks, fixed on pallet with rather thick tapes and various covering materials.

Consolidation of cargo on pallet reduces danger of loss or pilferage of separate packages.

Various kinds of using the pallets are known:

  • Consolidation of packages on standard wooden, plastic or fiberboard pallet with reinforcing steep dive;
  • Consolidation of packages in container from fibreboard with condensation and lashing on platform by steel tape;
  • Consolidation of packages on standard pallet with lashing of cargo with transparent shrinkable environment - thick plastic covering, accepting the form of cargo under the heating with the following shrinkage after cooling.
